Heu sentit mai a parlar del tomàquet mala cara, la carbassa del bon gust, l’enciam llengua de bou o la mongeta del cuc? Són varietats antigues i locals que no les trobem al supermercat. Moltes d’aquestes estan desapareixent o ja s’han perdut. Per què?

I, quines alternatives tenim? Senyalem la bona feina d’associacions com Les Refardes o Esporus, recuperant aquestes llavors. Afegim al nostre “rebost” el darrer llibre de Vandana Shiva: “¿Quién alimenta realmente al mundo?”.
